This book out of three others after take place somewhat near the Renaissance(NOT REALLY the Reanissance but it has a Renaissance influence because of the "rebirth"/enlightenment  idea). Except that in this universe, things seem differ than our world. They have the same things, but their history is different than ours
Book 1 (The dawn of past) : Yasakin is a 17 year old young man who seems to have dreams, but he doesn't have an insight as to what they could mean. His adopted parents and creatures in the woods have talked about their god Hikari and how the world came to be. Other praise the god while others disown it, and want nothing to do with it. Dream always felt the weight of expectations on his shoulders and they've only grown worse now that he's a Star Sans. Save this AU, rescue that person, stop Nightmare over there, and make X person smile! It's a never-ending cycle of tasks and he gets asked more about why he hasn't done it sooner or defeated his brother yet than thanked for what he accomplished. He feels trapped in this position and doubts if he didn't have his positive aura that anyone would care for him. Most like him for the joy he brings or what he can give them. Nobody around him ever feels genuine without a doubt in his head. Add in the stress of protecting one Star Sans(Swap) and keeping the other(Ink) from starting trouble and you have a positive guardian ready to break under expectations. Then you have Error, the destroyer of AUs. His reputation speaks for himself and builds all the expectations he needs whenever he steps foot into another AU. He's as bad an omen as a black cat crossing your path. Others assume he is bad because of his "freakish" or glitching appearance. He has accepted these but it gets tiring when he already has the voices bossing him around or Fate reminding him that he should do more destruction. But he doesn't limit himself to destruction. He watches UnderNovela, admires the stars, and appreciates what he can. He pushes the limits of what is expected of him or disregards them completely. A trait that Dream eventually finds himself admiring in him, the known enemy of his friend. He knows that Error's feelings are genuine since he doesn't change in his presence(still an angry manchild). So when Dream gets wounded and stuck with Error on a whim, where will it take them? Will it be a mistake remaining in a hatred of enemies or will it change them both for the better? Could this admiration open Error up to corrupting Dream or will he be the influence Dream needs to against expectations and live for himself?

Y/N advances very fast in his Airbending training and after five years of training Tenzin makes Y/N an Airbending Master. Y/N starts uses his Airbending to help the people of Republic City in secret. One day his life changes when Avatar Korra comes to Republic City in order to be trained in Airbending by Tenzin. Y/N helps her train and the two of them along with their three friends Mako, Bolin and Asami form the new Team Avatar in order to stop The Equalist's and their leader Amon.
