Alexandra Karev never wanted to be an intern again. She was a second-year resident, almost on her way to choosing a specialty, when everything changed. One moment, she and her best friends-Bailey Grey, Alice Grey, and her twin brother George Karev-were in the hospital basement, and the next, they were standing in Season 7 of Seattle Grace, staring at legends who weren't supposed to be there. Charlotte "Charlie" Shepherd is Derek Shepherd's youngest and favourite sister. After deciding to join him in moving to Seattle, in order to leave her past life behind, she starts her internship at Seattle Grace Hospital, where it eventually catches up with her. This story is mostly going to be about Charlie and Mark, but characters like Derek, Addison, the other interns and many more are going to play an important part in it. As Mark's first appearance is at the end of season 2, it will take a few chapters until he arrives for the first time, but I will try to summarise the first two seasons as short as possible. Also, I imagined Charlotte to look like Adelaide Kane, before she joined the show as Jules Millin, so let's just ignore that.
