In the 1950s, a wave of terror swept through humanity in the form of monstrous creatures known as "Alters." To combat this threat, the government established a covert organization called the "Alter Beast Hunters," or simply the Hunters. Among the recruits is Red, a young and determined hunter-in-training, who is admitted into The Church of Hunters. Her sole purpose is to avenge the brutal slaying of her family by a fearsome lycan monster. However, she's not alone in her quest for vengeance, as she will find companions and allies to accompany her on this perilous and transformative journey.
