Damned is a book about a professional consulting police investigator named Adrian Foxx, as well as a crime scene analyst and autopsy specialist named Mateo Miller. The night of Halloween, Adrian begins investigating a series of strange, paranormal, and utterly brutal deaths in his town town. Initially thought to be some insane serial killer, Adrian is thrown far out of his depth as it becomes exceedingly clear that demons are the culprit. Adrian is forced to adapt as his cold, shades-of-grey view on life is shattered when he is confronted with true, animalistic Evil.. 

This story originally began as an inktober project where I would write 1000 words about each prompt and try to connect them into one big story, but it has grown significantly more from there. I will be posting my previous parts here And hopefully eventually finishing the story with feedback on what I already have written.(CC) Attrib. NonCommercial
