The date is August 25, 1929, former stage dancer, Isaiah Thompson, returns to his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana to get a job but most places were shut down, so he ends up working at a private speakeasy. It's there he meets Luke Sanchez, son of the Artrow Mafia Leader, Markus Sanchez.
The two hit it off rather harshly, the both of them becoming quick rivals in the underground business, but after a confrontation with another rival gang, both boys become closer, perhaps even develop feelings for each other.
