Dahil sa likod ng tila payapang, lungsod, nakatago ang isang lihim.
Sa ilalim ng mga normal na mga tao, namumuhay ang mga taong nag tataglay ng kakaibang kapangyarihang tinatawag na "Himala". Ang mga taong ito ang naghahari sa lungsod, kung saan hinahati hati ng iba't ibang grupo sa kanikanilang teritoryo.
Isa sa mga kabilang sa grupong ito si Kian. Bilang isa sa mga nagtataglay ng Himala, isa si Kian sa mga umangat sa mundo ng mga Underworld gang.
Subalit dahil na rin sa aspetong ito ng buhay niya, isang trahedya ang pinagdaanan niya, dahilan para mag desisyon siya na iwan na ang mundo ng krimen at wakasan ito.
Ngunit para magawa niya ito, kailangan nya ng tulong. At isang grupo lang ang pwedeng tumulong sa kanya, ang URBAN POP, isang vigilanteng grupo na naghahangad wakasan ang krimen sa A City.
May isa lang problema: Dati na nyang nakabangga ang Urban Pop, at duda siyang tutulungan siya ng mga ito.
