"She watches everything so intently, like every detail is important to creating everything that happens in the coming seconds. Like, if something didn't happen, the entire day would be different. I think that's amazing. She believes that every single second matters in the thousands of seconds we have in a day. If people thought like that about everything, we'd have no insecure people. We'd be building a confident and happy human race. Everyone would know that they matter. That's what's amazing about her. She has the potential to heal everyone. Everyone except her." Philadelphia brought nothing but dark memories for Becca. The death of her mother and older sister left her sad and alone with her abusive father. She promptly leaves the city without a second thought at age 22. The small, depressed girl with an awful past happens to cross paths with a certain Sawyer Hartman. In the beginning of her new life she decides to let Sawyer in. They both see something in each other that ignites a spark in them, and it seems like nothing could be better when they finally end up together. Lost

Sometimes, I'm not always sure what to do. I feel like I'm always wrong, like I'm never good enough. I'm invisible and it's as if I don't exist. If I really didn't exist, I don't think anyone would care. I'm all alone in this great big world, I'm lost. Maddie has never been good enough for anyone. Her perfect sister, Megan, always manages to outshine her. Her father never pays attention to her, because he's always worried about Megan. Every Tuesday and Thursday, Maddie goes to group therapy, where she shares her feelings. Every week it's the same thing, until Maddie gets a new lab partner: Zach Williams, every girl's dream date. WARNING: I wrote this book when I was really, really young. It is very poorly written and has a TON of grammatical errors. I'm working on editing/rewriting this.
