My Friend Splendid

Emma Harper Larson hates the zoo! there are animals in cages of all sorts who are being stared at all day! She wishes she didn't have to be dragged around all day by her brother, a lover of zoos who will go to a zoo any chance he gets. In this story she discovers that zoos are not all bad in fact she befriends an animal who stays at the zoo! She and her friend go through all different types of adventures in one little zoo waiting for something different to happen whether it turns out to be good or bad.
