Three years ago, Oliver was reunited with the half-sister who he never knew he had. Emiko Adachi was betrayed by the Ninth Circle during an Op gone wrong, leading to her becoming another unwilling agent under A.R.G.U.S.'s Task Force X program. 

Back in the present, Oliver Queen is about to return home to Starling City, after five years in hell on that island. But, he is not alone, for he and his half-sister will do what must be necessary to cross off everyone's names that are on the List, no matter who gets in their way, be they drug dealers, vigilantes, SCPD, or assassins.

He got a even prettier name from her, Kara Danvers. They immediately got close with movie marathons and long conversations via text, she even went to the Particle Accelerator Opening with him & Iris. Then he got struck by lightning. Kara was just as sad as Iris & Joe were. She went to the hospital that night with Iris & Joe, the sight of Barry made her wanting to cry. She decided to become Supergirl for Barry. Then Barry woke up 9 months later with these weird powers. He also started being a hero, The Flash. When he meets Supergirl, she seemed familiar but he couldn't shake it. Will Barry ever figure out who Supergirl is and Will Kara ever find out Barry's secret? Too bad you're, you know, dead. Which is obviously a lot more worse for you than it is for me." What if, Oliver falls in love with this beautiful girl, but due to his mission he chooses not to engage with her, but simply spy on her, But hurts her in return in that process of keeping her safe.
