After defeating an evil cosmic tyrant and saving an entire ancient civilization from an otherworldly group of empowered forces known simply as the Zodiac, Desmond Turner discovers the past might not quite be done with him yet. His seventeenth birthday is already turning out to be his worst, following the sudden arrival of an enemy on a quest for vengeance.
