This is an essay for a project in my honors english class sophomore year. In this essay I discuss the ways that the boys in "The Lord of the Flies," Ralph, Piggy, and Jack, justify the murder of Simon. Every single boy played a role in the murder of Simon. The boys each have their own way of approaching the tragedy. While Ralph wants to discuss it and believes it really was murder, Piggy wants to avoid the subject completely, justifies their actions, and makes up excuses. While Piggy is ignorant in a more grown up way, Jack ignores the matters with a childish approach. He makes up stories about Simon's murder saying it was a beast and that they did not kill it.All Rights Reserved

The Lord of the Flies is a very famous novel by William Golding, first published in 1954. Since then it has been studied by millions of school pupils, including myself. THIS STORY WAS ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED IN 2022 BUT I RECENTLY HAD TO UNPUBLISH AND THEN REPUBLISH IT WHICH MEANS THE ORIGINAL PUBLISH DATES ARE NO LONGER RECORDED. In this story I will write a reimagining of the story, using most of the same characters and the same situation with everyone stranded on an island. But this time Jack will be much more successful in his bid to be chief. There will be some other changes too, including a couple of girls among the boys! This time it will not be only all boys! But the two girls will be very outnumbered, how will they handle being with so many boys? Please don't read this expecting it to be exactly like the original novel, its a reimagining, it will not be exactly the same but many of the things in the novel will still be here, but written differently with different outcomes

Middle school is already tough enough. But life gets harder once 2 best friends start developing feelings for each other. Coming out to family and friends. But that's not the only problem. Drama starts in the friend group. Richard isn't the only one who starts liking Mr. Popular George. Most of the characters are from Piggy which is owned by Minitoon. There will be a bit of abuse, blood, alcohol, mental disorders and mentions of sui___e. If you want to still read, there will be warnings at the top of before it happens. But I reccomend if you are sensitive to those topics to click off. The stuff won't be too severe, more of mild or moderate stuff. Enjoy the story. 😌✨
