This happens after he finds a poor little girl also stuck in the house with her and decides to help her (Nara)get back to her family in "Havanah" or Heaven. To do so Nero and Nara must survive the land of the ghouls and kill pesky Apparition's and evil Phantoms to save enough money for a train ticket to take her into Havanah.
