A plus-size single mom (Abby) and her little boy (Liam) lives change in ways she only thought she would read about happening to someone like her.

She gave up on finding someone to love her a long time ago but, she recently gave up on finding someone to love her son like their own.
Her life wasn't easy it had some dark times. She always thought her problems should impact her as much as they did because they could be a lot worse. This caused her to fall deeper in her whole the only light she had to get through the day was her son and even then some days just needed to end.

He was someone who seemed cold and hated everyone in it. He was someone people crossed the street to avoid him. Ironically he was the best and kindest cop in his department. That is until you did something to piss him off. His life seemed perfect to everyone looking in. He thought his life was perfect and he had everything he wanted.
What he didn't realize was that he wanted something he had no idea about, and didn't know he wanted it until he met them.
