In 2035, the war between America and the Directorate of China and Russia ended with the status quo ante bellum, after a bloody battle to reclaim Hawaii from Chinese hands, hundreds to thousands of people were killed and will not return. 

The USS Zumwalt, one of the most important ships that caused the sinking of the Directorate flagship, Admiral Zhang He and supported the landing of American troops in Hawaii, is now moored in one of the harbors on Mare Island, California. While she was undergoing her monthly checkup, she was suddenly transferred to the middle of the ocean without a crew and she lived?!

Hornet waited and waited until she found out her countries downfall, she fell into despair as she thinks both of her sister's were already dead she didn't even get an chance to know and meet them, that all changed until an Woman wearing an Black Coat and hat gave her a chance for a reason to live (I don't own Azur lane It belongs to it's rightful owner and what's only mine here was the Watcher Force and the plot) (And I might borrow some characters from The Man Of the High Castle)
