Izzah Masood, the rebellious daughter of powerful politician Kamran Masood, has only one goal in life: to become a successful heart surgeon. After her father refuses to send her abroad for her master's degree, Izzah devises a plan to escape Khiyamabad and pursue her dream in a different country. As part of her plan, she gets into a relationship with Hamzah Qazi, the son of her father's rival.
