Supernatural
After leaving behind the life he had carefully built at Stanford-his textbooks, his law school dreams, and the illusion of normalcy-Sam Winchester didn't expect to ever see her again. She had been his best friend in college, the one person who understood the quiet war behind his eyes without prying too deep. When they reunite years later, it's sudden and sharp, like a forgotten song playing unexpectedly on the radio. She's older, stronger, and still has that warm, grounding presence that always made him feel like he could be someone more than a hunter. But he's not the same. The road has hardened him, marked him with loss, secrets, and a purpose that constantly drags him into darkness. Yet, against all odds, their connection rekindles-not in a rush, but in quiet glances, lingering conversations longing letters, and unspoken comfort. As they begin to navigate this new version of themselves, Sam finds his walls lowering, not with dramatic declarations but with the slow realization that love, the kind worth fighting for, had been with him all along. Amidst monsters and mayhem, she becomes his anchor, the echo of the life he left behind-and maybe, just maybe, the hope of something ahead.

When Castiel falls from Heaven, all his memories are gone and new ones stand in their place. He knows nothing of the supernatural, about angels, or demons, or hunters, including the Winchesters. He is just a 23 year old law student at Stanford University. When he meets Sam and Dean for the first time since the fall, Dean is determined to keep the truth from him and let him have a normal life, but that doesn't mean Dean doesn't have to be a part of it. He is constantly searching for some part of his angel, but is falling a little more each day for this new man obsessed with the stars.
