The year is 1483 AD, ten years before Christopher Columbus's famous voyage to America. In Aztlan, the Aztecs have suffered significant changes in their social and religious climates. Under the weyitlatoani Moctezuma, Aztecs ceased sacrificing those that share their faith and began a renewed focus on education, prosperity, and the discovery and conquering of new lands. With this new focus came new ventures, and a floating city was built to sail across the seas in search of adventure and led by divine guidance. Eventually, this floating city would reach the shores of Portugal.

The Portuguese were wrought with their own struggles at this time. The land was flooded with refugees who had fled the Reconquista and more who fled the looming Inquisition in the neighboring kingdom of Castile. The newly crowned Portuguese king, Joao II, was obsessed with the sea and the discoveries waiting across unknown waters. He dreamt of building Portugal into a new maritime superpower, but the kingdom's coffers were dry, and to rebuild the treasury, he turned to the wealthy landowners, forcefully ridding them of their property to support the building of new ships and funding voyages.

At the time of our tale, Joao II has decided to strike against the wealthiest and most influential dynasty in Portugal, the House of Braganza. Duke Ferdinand II de Braganza was an influential advocate of new liberal ideals growing in Portugal and dreamt of building a new parliamentary democracy based on the Portuguese Cortes. When Joao II makes his move, de Braganza has no choice but to organize a rebellion and strike back.

In this alternative historical fiction, the worlds of medieval Europe and Aztec civilization meet and clash, illuminating many questions for all ages.

Takes place after Freedom and Falcon : clash of two heroes. For years, Earth's heroes fought their battles separately-some defending the cosmos, others safeguarding ancient forces, and many protecting the streets from corruption. But when Zyvarr the Forsaken, conqueror of 300,000 worlds, arrived seeking Earth's greatest resource-Xenite, a rare cosmic material-everything changed. His scanners revealed more than just Xenite. They detected Captain Freedom, a man whose power resonated like a god's. But Zyvarr wasn't looking for an enemy-he was looking for a ruler. He offered Freedom a choice: take a life and ascend as Earth's chosen leader. But Freedom refused, igniting a war that would force Earth's defenders to stand together for the first time. In 2015 things change One by one, heroes from different domains of power were drawn into the fight: - Mindhunter, sensing the deeper cosmic significance of Xenite, realized Earth was not an ordinary planet-it was part of something far greater. - Jaguar Queen and Lightbringer uncovered supernatural ties between Xenite and lost pantheon relics, proving that its influence stretched into divine history. - Black Falcon, ever the strategist, discovered that human experiments on Xenite had already begun, revealing hidden corruption within Earth's own leaders. Dash Dynamo, gifted with Veloxian-enhanced speed, became the team's rapid-response force, disrupting Zyvarr's extraction units before the planet could be stripped. - Tidebreaker, Atlantis' defender, realized that Xenite's presence had deep roots in the oceans, possibly explaining Atlantean myths and lost civilizations affected by its power. His fight wasn't just for Earth-it was for the survival of his people as well. Though these heroes had never fought together, their mission was the same. And at the center of it all, Captain Freedom stood as the force that united them-not because of his strength, but because of his unwavering refusal to kneel.

What would you do if you were suddenly thrown powers befitting a God more than any mortal? Would you use them to better yourself, your community and society? Or would you wreak havoc upon our world? Or would you instead look far beyond our reality and breakthrough the construction for something brand new? A new world, all to yourself that too. That's what happened, and it was in the drizzle whilst feeding the pest that had wrecked havoc upon his humble backyard shack that he found a mystery larger than anyone can comprehend, an artifact immune to the irreversible corrosion of time, quite ironic that an unbreakable artifact fell upon his hands by accident, a man two steps away from death itself. Miguel didn't know at that time about how much of an effect the scroll would have upon his life, but whatever happens; he's now sure it'll be a merry one, either in this world, or the other one. Meanwhile in the world he had created, soft, peaceful and lush forests cover most areas of the continent with a very sparse population density, however Reggasia is anything but peaceful; and sparse. Reggasia is almost like another country to the rest of the people in the old kingdom, because it is; despite being the new capital district of culture it is now bleeding like a stuck pig, it's people starving and the wars the noblesse classes are waging aren't making anything better. As such, a greed driven young rogue takes things into his own hands and goes onto a journey that will take him across the entire district when his country and people are in danger, but will he be able to stop the conspiring nobles from taking over the entire continent? Or will his heart be pierced by the very same blade he gave unto this world seventeen hundred years ago? [#7 World Building.]
Drekablóð Rising:Fire(Book 1), écrit par Phoenix-Dragoness

The war that started it all. Five hundred years ago a war erupted in Elementa when humans started hunting a revered race called the Drekablóð; half humanoid, half dragon. The humans saw them as abominations for their differences; fear of a race more powerful than another makes others do rash and deadly things. After the humans slaughtered a whole settlement of Drekablóð, the magical creatures of Elementa rose up in defense of the Drekablóð. The humans likewise called on their dwarf and elf allies. Thus Bellum ex Quod Draco ipsos Troiugenas began. For ten long, bloody years the races fought hard for the future of the Drekablóð. One wanting to exterminate them like pest. The other wanting them to survive and flourish. In the end, the humans won, but their victory cost them and the rest of Elementa dearly. The alicorns and dwarves disappeared. The wyverns and elves were practically extinct. Dragons were a rare sight. Only the humans survived to tell the tale of how they wiped out the evil monsters that tried to take their lands. Elementa, originally a lush and beautiful land, was now split into four different climates, equally harsh in their own way. But the humans prevailed in cultivating Elementa and chasing away any remaining magical creatures into her far corners. With the resistance of magical creatures no longer in their way, the humans continued their 'sport' of hunting the Drekablóð into extinction. Half a millennium later, the seeress Carmentha foresaw the return of the Drekablóð, and restoring Elementa to her prime and defeating the wicked and harsh rulership of Elementa. These four children have been destined to save Elementa before they were ever born. Can they overcome their difficulties and save Elementa? Or will they fail and allow Elementa to fall into darkness forever? There will be some minimum swearing and minimum acts of violence. I would rate this book for 14 and up.

Al-Andalus 1183. Lluna Valentia bint Al Mualim De Bosch is a Spanish/Moorish noble, fruit of an interfaith union that hoped to unite two conflicting faiths of the Iberian Peninsula. However, hope is a dream and the reality is that the family's influence, wealth, and titles are in danger with the constant friction between the Almohad Caliphate and the Christians wishing to retake their Iberian land. At nineteen, Valentia is the only remaining daughter to be wed and their only hope to salvage their social standing. At the other side of the Mediterranean, the terminally young King of Jerusalem fears for the future of his kingdom and his struggle to provide a successor that will lead in example. In a last act of hope, or desperation, word is sent out that the King looks for a betrothed. Many countries receive the news, but few people are eager to answer. Yet in Al Andalus, it means a seizable opportunity for a certain family. It is no doubt a convenient solution for both sides. But the convenience is flawed, complicated. Because of the King's illness, it remains to be seen whether there is a point to it all. And, after all, nobody asked what Lady Valentia thought about the whole situation. Can this unwilling bride give her life and love away to a leper? And what is that which makes her the only one who could? Something far more sinister than a disease lurks ahead. Factions and alliances will either cooperate or sow discord. With such chaos, even the most unlikely of alliances may not be out of reach for this Kingdom. //the mature tag does NOT indicate smǔt, it indicates violence, blood, and heavy topics (and perhaps mildly spicy scenes (but no smǔt)) More disclaimers and warnings inside King Baldwin IV x OC || This is a long-fic and slow-burn so that's why the pace is so "slow" ALSO AVAILABLE ON AO3‼️

Irkens Cant Love (Zim x reader)

Humans were disgusting to one like Zim. Any Irken could see that the species was disturbingly stupid and possibly not even worth the time. That's why it suprised him so much to find a human who detested her own kind. It was a foreign thought to someone like him, a proud member of his own race. So when he too, starts to learn things about himself and his kind, he comes to love something he never thought he would. The very species he was sent to destroy had also taken part in giving him everything he ever wanted. INFO/DISCLAIMERS I will attempt to update at least once a week. Also, this story is for all audiences. I tried making it as "kidfriendly" as the show is. I just cant picture swearing and stuff in invader zim, even after I watched helluva boss. (Sorry for making this for female pronouns only! My other stories are much more inclusive. Invader zim is not mine, all characters (except Y/n and Lori, and Tilla) belong to Johnen Vasquez. I also dont own any featured art. Also please note that this is my first story and I have improved since then. My other stories are, in my opinion, much better and less cringe. But I still have this story up cause people like it, which is just so amazing😢❤) (Cover by @BendysFather)
