Talia, an angel who was kicked out of heaven along with her twin daughters, Elaine and Milena, all because they started questioning the rules of heaven and found out the horrible truth of the extermination
But when Talia and her daughters arrive in hell, Talia finds out about the Hazbin Hotel and is determined to help out those who deserve a second chance and go to heaven, but what she doesn't know is that there's somebody in that hotel who she hasn't seen since her time on earth
