Kankuro is born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Second child and eldest son to the Wind Mafia fortune of Chicago. He and his siblings have been trained to fight. Not only rival Mafia but one another in a battle to the death of who will inherit the Chicago fortune.

Kotoko was born with the worst luck. Her parents died when she was six, with no other relatives and with the foster system being a bust she and her siblings have grown up on the streets she did everything she could to give siblings the best life they deserve. And for Kotoko that meant dropping out of school and going a street gang.

Things take a turn when one of Kankuro's missions gets mixed up with one of Kotoko's heists. Since the two get tangled in a tuft of vines. Things get even tricker when a rival Mafia starts to crack down in attempting to take over Chicago and even worse when it is connected to events that Kotoko started in the sixth grade.
