Dan Howell works at the huge array of offices by the name of "Bipp." According to him, it's basically just a generic office building that helps customers file their taxes. He's a bit of an introvert and can sometimes be pessimistic, but in reality, he's an awkward and kind human being.

Phil Lester- an optimistic and clumsy-in-an-adorable-way character who works at the local starbucks in London. He is a bit naive and has no problem keeping friends once he gets to know them.

The two of them? Friends? Despicable. They were polar opposites!
