My Little Worms- The Infection.

DISCLAIMER; This is a fanfic based off of the My Little Pony infection AUs spreading across all platforms, mainly TikTok. Many drawings and interpretations have been taken and reposted across the internet. This is my personal interpretation and no ideas are individually stolen from other creators and I am not heavily inspired by anyone else so I will not be giving credit too anyone else among this fanfic, If a creator who thinks I am heavily influenced by their art or story they can personally DM me with their concerns. Now the story should do a decent job at explaining things but here is some background information to start you off, all of this is ONLY relevant to chapter one and will not apply in later chapters!

Current known places and there backgrounds;

Shelter Safe Sanctuary at Apple Jacks barn- Since the infection began Apple jack has been keeping ponys in her barn for protection and unity. Her and her family lead the barn and have different parts to play one way or another. Apple Jack is there with Rainbow Dash, Discord, Spike and Twilight as well as every pony being held, the current amount of ponys being held are 48.

Zecoras Hut- Zecora has found a elixir to keep the infectious ponys away from her hut, one at which she has to pour in a circle around her hut every 3 days. While her hut is snug, she has Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie Pie staying there with her. For the price of safety they put themselves at higher risk for a shorter amount of time by gathering supplies and harvesting foods when they feel its the safest. Fluttershy plans to move back to the farm with discord when she gets the chance and Pinkie and Rarity plan to stay together.

Crystal Empire- All three princesses were here including, Luna, Celesta and Cadence accompanied by Flurry Heart and Shining Armor. They had many ponys being held there aswell as a team of people working to find a cure. This included Star Burst, Trixie, Starlight n Sunset Shimmer.
