This is a story based off of the Creepypasta, Kagome Kagome. Which was based of of A Vocaloid song, which was based off of a Japanese folk song that children play.

Children in an old orphanage play a game while the Nazis do tests on these children for immortality but end up killing them all. One by one, the children die. But the ones that can't die, smile through their tears of blood rolling down their cheeks. It's horrifyingly sad.
