Kivotos, a city that encapsulates its many different academies, architectures, advanced machinery, abnormal humanoids and one notable hotspot of authority across them all; The Sanctum Tower. It is governed by a group of individuals known to everyone as the General Student Council with them holding power over how Kivotos is managed.

The General Student Council's President is the one who nearly holds every power over Kivotos..... only to vanish with no thread to lead. A symbol of power who made Kivotos all as it is.... gone reduced to questions with no answers.

However she left someone in her absence, a young adult given authority yet unexpected to everyone in Kivotos, he is not known for anything, little information on his background, no name for himself in this world, not a genius in his own right. So why is he the one who is left in charge?

A person with the title of "Sensei". That's how everyone should address him.
