Farmers Start Rail Roko Protest In Punjab And Multiple States.

The movement was organized in 52 locations around Punjab by the non-political KMM and SKM, and in the remaining 10 areas by five other farmer unions. On Sunday, protesting farmers organized a four-hour rail roko in 62 locations throughout Punjab in response to calls made by the non-political Samyukt Kisan Morcha and the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM).
