Hanahaki is a disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love.
It ends when the beloved returns their feelings. If the feelings are not reciprocated, the victim slowly dies by suffocating from the plant growing in their lungs.
It is said that it can be cured through a surgical operation, but the theory has not yet been tested or opened to the public, data still being developed.
