Five teenagers are stranded in a time when people have wings, telekinesis, and many more "powers" like that. They've been hidden until they were old enough to not expose themselves, but when one boy makes a fatal mistake, all of his kind must either go into hiding or pretend to be normal humans.
Daryn, Liam, Shea, Kaolin, and Maeson are in hiding. They need to escape, escape from any sort of imprisonment or discrimination that they've been dealt to.
