Peter: He's your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, but he believes nobody knows until Tony Stark (AKA Iron Man) admits he's aware of Peter's identity. Peter harbors secrets and is terrified of anyone discovering how messed up his life is.

Tony: As Iron Man, he discovers Peter through an internship he offers the boy. Since then, he's felt a protective, father-like instinct towards him. He conceals his knowledge of Peter's alter ego until one night when Friday alerts him of Peter being in distress. Accidentally, he mentions Peter by name instead of just referring to him as Spider-Man. When the worst imaginable happens to his young mentee, Peter's years of abuse at the hands of his aunt come to light.

Loki: Known as the God of Mischief, Loki is actually a misunderstood 16-year-old who understands Peter's struggles. From the moment their eyes meet the night Tony brings him along, they share an instant, mate-like connection. Loki would go as far as killing someone to protect Peter. He secretly discovers Peter's secrets but doesn't reveal that he knows, though his brother Thor has to comfort and calm Loki regarding his worries and concerns.
