What was he doing? Why did he think this was a good idea? Was he really going to risk it all just to prove he was right? Yes, yes he was. Ignoring the way the branches reached toward him with deathly grip, he trudged on. Danny did not stop, not wanting to risk anymore than he already was. He knew he should have brought back-up. His girlfriend had a knack for fighting and his best friend, well he could have at least provided support. But the danger of this situation was what held him back from telling anyone where he was going. He dared not break the terms in fear of getting anyone he loved hurt, or worse.
