In the summer of 8th grade, Stan's mom left, so him, Shelly, and Randy move to New York for Randy's business. Obviously doesn't take off and they can't afford to live there anymore, so they move back to South Park during junior year (so everyone's 16/17). Stan gets back together with wendy, and he's going through a lot. So him and Kyle become friends again, and Stan ends up influencing Kyle into rly bad things.
