After the legendary Dorothy returns to Kansas with her sister, Izzy, the Emerald City in Oz, fell. It had been taken over, by and evil Jester. Oh, but this was no ordinary Jester, he was the younger brother of the late, Wicked Witch of the West. He took her old broomstick, wanting the power of it. And he did so. Scarecrow, Tinman, and the Cowardly Lion, or just Lion now, are trying to contact Dorothy and Izzy to bring them back to Oz, so they can help them stop this evil Jester.
