Yuko travels to Republic City to find her purpose in the pro-bending arena. Her rough and all-around unceremonious attitude earns her more trouble than good in the grand city as her only care in the world is herself. She keeps her distance from others and finds herself confused and aggravated as she joins Team Avatar in their mission to stop Amon. Yuko's journey with the Avatar leads her to discover that her bending isn't the most important thing to her after all.
