A man with eternal life and unnatural abilities targets his gaze at multiple variations of Earth. To satisfy his own amusement, he takes innocent people from their homes, and places them into the same universe and timeline, and has his way with them as he sees fit. Those characters he takes eventually meet each other, and soon hold a shared hatred for the mysterious man who brought them. As the characters all meet each other in this strange, yet familiar version of Earth, they put together their brains and strengths, talents and skills, and work together to defeat their enemies, or die trying.
