Serafina Xaela is a girl of many talents, and some ailments. She buys her first home in New Orleans and is immediately thrusted into the world of the supernatural, two spirits of murder victims and the demonic presence of the home's previous owner inhabiting the home as well as her.

She isn't used to sharing space with anyone who wasn't her horrid foster parents or foster siblings, but she makes an effort to be hospitable despite the overwhelming and menacing aura of the previous owner; Alastor.

I only own Sera, her family, the spirits, and any other characters I introduce unless otherwise stated. Alastor and Hazbin Hotel belong to Viv.

This story has heavy topics such as sexual assault, bad family dynamics, murder, sexually explicit dialogue and scenes, gore, and other topics some may find disturbing!

Alastor is still aroace in this, but I tweaked it so he leans heavily towards demisexual and demiromantic for fanfic purposes. Don't like it? Don't read it.All Rights Reserved
