Shadow was having just a pretty simple day. Until an accident happened to him it hitted his left side of the skull and obviously he ended up inside the chaos hospital.

His friends visit him sometimes. He also has a personal murse to take care of him whenever he got hurt.

They were a complete opposite they don't have much in common but they do have one thing in common.

But what will happened if another patient got into a bad hurtful situation and the same nurse of Shadow must also take care of the other patient?

I'm not really a ShadOuge fan so it'll mostly be about Shadow and Rouge over Amy bc why not) Shadow and Rouge both notice each other's crush on the pink hedgehog and confront each other about it. what happens when they both struggle to figure out what to do and make Amy choose? (Shadow x Rouge)- because I like more of the idea Rouge with Knuckles and Shadow doesn't really see Rouge as a friend more like a work partner instead so that's why 3. (Tails x Cosmo)- Yes I know that Cosmo was Tails first love interests but I never really cared about Cosmo so yea and besides I like Cream with Tails more than I do them 4. (Shadow x Maria)- because I've always saw them as a sister and brother more than a couple...5. (Mephiles x Silver)- again it just feels strange to me I just don't think they go to together in my opinion....
