It'd been 5 days after Sam disappeared.
It was a lot quieter here now, with everyone gone. The Rasputins were back in Russia, Tessa remained guard-post in England and Moira had taken Rahne back to Scotland with her.
Amara had disappeared into the depths of her room a few hours ago and, so far, hadn't come back out since. It'd be hard for her to face everyone with her Teacher, her leader and her best friend gone. 
I think I'd feel sympathy for her if I wasn't stuck down here with Julian clinging to my neck.

Now she has to try and keep those under a tighter lock than before, because mutant hysteria has hit her town, and she went from an unknown quiet bookworm to the topic on everybody's tongue. Then it really hits the fan at home and she has to leave before it gets worse. Luckily, Professor Charles Xavier finds her and saves her from the streets before something unthinkable can happen to her. Unfortunately it took him a year to find her and she's withdrawn from the world, and isn't used to socializing with humans anymore. And then there's Kurt, code name Nightcrawler. He's a mutant too, and has been treated differently his whole life because of the way he looks. The best day of his life was coming to the institute and getting the hologram that hides the way he really looks so he can finally look like everyone else. But when the newest student comes to the school, he finds himself judging her by looks too. Until she pushes him into showing her his true appearance and marks his life as the first person to ever tell him that he looks better without the hologram. Then, as promised, she shows him what she really looks like and he falls for her. Too bad there's only two trimesters left of his senior year before he graduates. Will Kurt be able to pull Kerri out of her shell before he graduates and has to find what to do next with his life? And what about the pressures of high school and the anti mutant society that are always there at the edge of their life?

But y/n started to have intense nightmares and panic attacks, resulting to no sleep and violent outbursts of anger. But y/n never told her friends about her haunting past, only a few minor details were known. T'challa and Erik decided it would be best to send y/n to America to give her more of a normal life to maybe calm her down a little bit and help her feel more safe. They took her to the Avengers facility, to people they could trust. She met the team, but one caught her eye, ex assassin, Bucky Barnes, also known as The Winter Soldier. He was quiet in the beginning but so was she. But will Erik be annoyed that she's made a friend while he has to fly to Wakanda for a few weeks? A Tale of Mischief and Mutants by geekygirlg

When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse. As she controls her emotions they combine to create her main power, healing. The only problem S.H.E.I.L.D has yet to figure out is that as L/n heals others she has to feel small amounts of their pain, but does not cause any physical damage to herself.
