In the Kingdom of El Dorado a country of floating islands their exists 4 floating islands and 1 desolate pile of trash on the surface of the world.  At the frontier of a desolate earth stands PIEL a military company exists because humanity's newest discovery, Lysergic crystals or Lye. A crystal that keeps the islands floating and grants a number of individuals powers once they make close contact. No one knows how it works only that the strength is based on your deepest convictions.
