Once, long ago, someone told me that I had copied My Hero Academia when I explained Believer to them. I have never heard of the anime until then. I can understand why they would have thought that, but I got the idea from Fairy Tail because Believer is a universe full of magic. This also has no connection to the 'My Hero Academia Reacts to Moon Rose' book.
