Morana is a fae who loves flying in the open sky. She loves the feeling of being free from her thoughts and the sorrows of the past. But all too fast, she learns that freedom doesn't always stick around.

Blaine is a human knight whose goal is to protect those who can not protect themselves, like the fragile songbirds he loves to watch on his ventures through the woods. But he feels he lives in a figurative cage, held in by others and the secrets in his past.
