sage snd cole fisher lived in newport in orange county with their famous parents, jeremy fisher, film producer and amber fisher, retired model who now does commercials here and there but focuses more on her cafe business that is everywhere in california (and in hopes of expanding it across america)

when a new person comes into town, sage and cole's life is turned upside down
