Hi! This is a TTS/RTA FanFiction that is mainly about what would have happened if Varian had been in S2! Here is a small excerpt of my story if you are interested.
"What am I to do with you, Varian?" The king asked, running a hand down his face. He looked stressed. He had spent the last week trying to prepare Rapunzel with her journey, but every day held a new disturbance that only lengthened the amount of time it would take to get Rapunzel ready to leave. Of course the king wanted Rapunzel to stay with him, but years as a political leader had taught him that the kingdom comes first, not the family.
"Let me go?" Varian said hopefully, in answer to the king's earlier question. Varian half expected the king to say no, like he had done the last seven times, but this time...
The king's face lit up as a bright idea struck him.
"Yes, Varian," he said, standing up and approaching the unstable alchemist. "I believe that is exactly what I'll do."

Recovery is a Long Process, Kid
When the gang gets back to Corona, something unexpected awaits them. Varian is nowhere to be found. They face conflicting emotions as the King assures them that Varian is fine. As they attempt to uncover the truth, unnerving horrors are revealed. ---------------------- Basically season 1 and 2 happened but Varian didnt take over with Andrew. Also Cassandra took the moonstone, BUT Rapunzel convinced her to put it back, but none of that is really described until later. There are a lot of Varian abuse fics but there aren't enough with OMORASHI IN THEM LETS GO VARIAN PISSFIC(nonsexual, basically omocute) This is on ao3 too but this is the edited version so its a lot better the other one was basically I wrote it and then published it without doing any reading over ‼️‼️‼️‼️⚠️ PLEASE READ THE TAGS im sick of people acting surprised and saying the book is "bad" or "inappropriate " ya'll, it does have very intense elements and i'll agree that its not appropriate for younger audiences because of some some rape and abuse scenes but it's for the plot and trauma! A Tangled the Series Sequel Rapunzel and Eugene's wedding is a week away. But when a earthquake hits, strange things start to happen. It's up to Varian to figure out what. The fate of the kingdom weighs heavily on Rapunzel's shoulders and Varian's past weighs heavily on his. Both have to face their inner demons and mistakes in order to save everyone from a threat that's much bigger than Corona. Aka my dream of a season 4 (but I don't work for Disney so I can be a little darker *insert manical laughter*) Rapunzel and Varian dual POV (Also, I do hope to draw their character designs eventually :)
Tangled: The Curse of Zhan Tiri
The sequel of "The Princess, The Thief and the Alchemist". AND THE FINAL ONE! Plot; Rapunzel still has the Moonstone. It was a mix of blue and yellow. Princess Rapunzel has amnesia, due to the Loss-of-Memory berries (the light pink strawberries). Eugene still plays the big brother to Varian. Adira, Lance, Cassandra, Fidella, Maximus, Ruddiger and Pascal joined the threesome for the journey to The Spire. Vigor the Visionary monkey (Demanitus) witnessed Rapunzel with the Moonstone thru the crystal ball. Zhan Tiri was imprisoned by the Demanitus' portal to The Lost Realm. And Varian was cursed by Zhan Tiri since he was four or five years old. What would happened if Vigor the Visionary monkey (Demanitus) meets the heroes in the caravan before The Spire? Will Varian be free from the curse of Zhan Tiri? What will Eugene choose thru-out the adventure? His young brother, Varian the alchemist? Or his new dream to spend a long time with in Corona, Princess Rapunzel? Will there be a happily ever after all? Just about 1 year after his fall and arrest, Varian alone in the darkness of his cell, longs for one thing. Note: This is based off Tangled the Series which if you don't watch it you will be very confused. Sorry this thing isn't very good, it's my first fanfic. The series finale just hit its fifth anniversary, and as I was thinking about it I remembered this fanfic existed. ...this is certainly a piece of work, lmao. Between the writing style being very reflective of my age to the self-deprecating comments I wrote about my own writing to the stolen cover art (my sincerest apologies for that, I am going to change it but the original is by @codynaomiswireart on tumblr) it is beyond me what was going through my head when I wrote it. It is for that reason I found myself shocked to see it with thousands of reads and comments, which thank you for by the way, I did not realize there was this much demand for moon Varian lol. For now I intend on leaving it up solely because it is hilarious to me and a good reflection on what was at the time a very important show to me. In the present, a lot of my love for the series has been somewhat diminished, due to many factors. But I won't deny what it did for me then, as I have moved onto, what I am hopeful to view as far greater artistic pursuits lol.
