Lily Finch had recently moved to the small town of Forks, seeking a fresh start and a chance to leave behind the chaos of her past. Arriving alone, she quickly found that the quiet town was full of strange and unfamiliar faces. Among them were a group of boys whose attention toward her felt both unnerving and magnetic. There was an undeniable tension in the air whenever they were near her, as if they were holding back something deep within themselves.

As Lily spent more time around the boys, she couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to their behaviour than met the eye. They were protective yet distant, and something about their interactions with her felt different from anything she'd experienced before. She soon realised that these boys weren't just acting unusual, they were behaving like her natural predators, and the deeper she got involved with them, the more she suspected they were hiding a secret that had everything to do with her.
