Celia Ivy Stark. The twin sister of Howard Stark, a last name well known to everyone, and a name with two meanings. Celia meaning 'heavenly' and Ivy meaning 'faithful'. She is a scientist consultant, working with Dr. Erskine and Howard, while being an intelligence analyst for Colonel Phillips. While walking to get some food, she hears something from an alley. The choice she makes changes her world.
