Celia Ivy Stark. The twin sister of Howard Stark, a last name well known to everyone, and a name with two meanings. Celia meaning 'heavenly' and Ivy meaning 'faithful'. She is a scientist consultant, working with Dr. Erskine and Howard, while being an intelligence analyst for Colonel Phillips. While walking to get some food, she hears something from an alley. The choice she makes changes her world.

Harlow had decided to move with her brother and his new born daughter, so she could help him take care of her. When Jodie was two, Wade decided to join an underground fight club, but only a year later, he was killed in a scuffle with a man twice his size over a bet. Harlow was given full custody of Jodie, and she and the small child moved to the apartment to get away from all of the sad memories of Wade. Three years later, Harlow and Jodie were surprised to see a man moving into the small apartment next to theirs. The apartment was very small, and from what Harlow seen, the man really didn't have much to move in. Each day, Harlow and Jodie would watch the man leave, only for him to come back with a small bag of fruit.
