dead ops was a mercanary group founded by a blue inkling cyborg samurai and a russian octoling spy aswell as a inktoling demolitions expert, they get a invitation from an unkown guest to a summer camp. however when they got there they end up uncovering a dark twisted plot and must defeat the purple menace.

When Callie is late to the Halloween party, Marie agrees to tell the others a story to kill the time. The story takes place long ago and is about a scientist that has no other dream but to create life. After many failures, he is forced to seek help from hooded figures that appear one night. He succeeds, but gets trapped in deal he can't escape from. A few months later, a shadow starts terrorizing the land of Inkopolis. It strikes at night, it's blade cutting down everyone that gets in it's way. One night, four travelers gather to stop the shadow, and go out to fight it. This is a story that follows the main character, a boy named Jared who starts off as a new inkling joining the neighborhood sport in his world known as Splatoon. He just turned 14 recently and is a bit of a newb so he doesn't know at all how to play the game or move really fast but thankfully he meets many new friends and rivals to help guide and motivate him into doing better. Along his battles he discovers inkopolis's enemies, the Octarians and gets involved in saving inkopolis from them. Wether or not he succeeds in defeating them is for you to find out.
