Born Into a life of privilege and cast into the life of a sharecropper to say that Terry is down on his luck is an understatement. Thrown out of his hovel of a home and left to wander the Pine Barrens with his younger sister Emilia it seems all hope is lost. Their luck seems to change however when they discover in the thick of the woods a carnival of wonders. The stuff of dreams.
However, what Terry is about to learn is that if something seems too good to be true it usually is. And dreams can quickly turn into a nightmare.
