(Shota Aizawa x Mermaid! Reader x Hizashi Yamada) Poly! -BOOK THREE of the Lush Life series! *Please point out grammar errors, English isn't my first language. • One second, two seconds and the world had gone silent. Dark irises of the richest andesite meet mine, half-lidded gaze suddenly widening to silently showcase his own surprise. His hand is rough to the touch, just as I had presumed--calloused palm grazing over my skin so agonizingly slow. The feeling is coarse and his voice meets my ears in the same grainy manner, volume dropping to barely above a whisper when those sable brows furrow into a more annoyed expression. "Caught you." The man bites out, water trickling down his soaked figure and filling my senses with that lovely petrichor. 'Oh, fuck..' • • She had been perfectly fine within her solitude. Basking in the depths of the watery domain and completely unseen by human eyes, (Y/n) nurtures the creatures of the forest with lush foliage--her only ambience being the splashes of her movement and the gentle murmurs of creatures around her. Sadly, all peace doesn't last forever and that's evident when a grumpy man bursts through the thick greenery surrounding her pond. Crash landing and being stranded with his now injured gryphon--he seeks refuge beside the seemingly tranquil lake nestled amidst the dense forests. However, as strange occurrences begin to unfold around his campsite and his gryphon grows increasingly restless--his suspicions are drawn to their peak when things start going missing. Bound by circumstance and propelled by curiosity, the three are dragged into a journey of discovery when another lost soul goes out in search of his missing friend; A story where the bonds of understanding become a bridge between their separate worlds. • • • Bnha fantasy au~ "Fear of what one cannot understand." Warning: Mentions of gore, abuse, and swearing. Suspicious tension, FLUFF, slow burn, slice of life, and minor-plot

"WATCH OUT!" His head whipped around to the voice but didn't see a face, his back hit the pavement and he closed his eyes when he collided with the ground. "I am terribly sorry, are you hurt, sir?" a woman's voice asked. Aizawa opened his eyes and saw a tall, thin woman standing over him. His eyes went huge staring up at her, who was she? and why did she have the audacity to mow him down? "Sir?" She asked again, holding out her hand. The sun was too bright upon her features to make out too much but he took the offered hand and then came face to face with the lady who he had run into. Her eyes were the first thing she noticed, a red orange color. Her hair was a peachy blode and her tan skin seemed to glow in he sunlight and he could hear the ruffling of feathers behind her...was she...was she a...bird? "I really am sorry about this." Aizawa took a moment to respond, still flabberghasted from the fact that a bird like woman had knocked him down. He looked down at his feet and then back up at her, the embarassment sinking in. "It's fine. No harm done." He swallowed his humiliation. How did he not see her coming? "My name is Enara Takami. You are?" She asked. "Uh...Shota Aizawa." He cleared his throat. "Its nice to meet you, Enara."
