Aemilia Aelia and Raegon Theon Targaryen-Stark
Aemilia and Raegon were the younger sister and brother of Princess Rhaenys Targaryen.
Three years after the eldest sister was born, her mother, Jocelyn Baratheon was killed of a sickness that the young mother had gotten few days after the birth of her daughter. Just like Viserys I Targaryen had done later on in his years, Aemon Targaryen remarried himself to a Stark. He remarried himself to the sister of Lord Rickon Stark, Thea Stark but the worse was yet to come because, Thea Stark died 2 days after giving birth to Aemilia and Raegon Stark. Due to Aemilia and Raegon being part Stark, northerners, a deal was made. Aemilia and Raegon would live and be raised within House Stark with the occasional visits which did occur but when the twins reached of age, 16 years old, they would move to King's Landing and reside in the Red Keep but that never happened. Aemon had died the year prior.

Wherever Aemilia went, Raegon went.
