"Is she breathing?" a male voice asked. It didn't sound familiar at all, so it was probably a police officer or medic. Then again, nothing sounded familiar right now. I could hear screaming and crying all around me. I felt soaking wet and hot at the same time, which I didn't think was possible and I could feel someone gently shaking me. "Uggggnnnnnmmm," I groaned. "She's alive! Come on kid, wake up," another man exclaimed. "Nooooooooooo," I groaned again. I felt so tired, I just wanted to go back to sleep, but whoever was shaking me wouldn't stop. My eyes slowly opened, squinting at the bright lights that were shining all around me. Two men were hovering over me and they weren't who I thought they would be.

I walked another two more steps and before I could take another step,someone grabbed me vigorously by the shoulders and placed a cloth on my nose and mouth. I tried struggling but I breathed in the chemicals. I felt my eyelids dropping. The vision around me blurred and I passed out. (undergoing major editing xD)

My lungs and muscles burned. Everything in my body begging me to stop but I had to keep moving. I had to get away. I rather die than go back to that lab but this building was a maze! Never ending hallways and big metal sliding doors that you see in space movies. All I could hear was the patter of my bare feet, heavy breathing, and my heart beating in my ears. "Hey!!! Stop her! Whatever you do, do NOT let her get away!!" A man yelled after me but I couldn't look back. Even as I heard the whoosh of metal doors opening and the thudding of boots chasing after me.

I screamed at the top of my lungs when he slashed the boy's neck with his claw. The boy next to the dead body stood frozen while he visibly squeezed the boy's head into nothing. Jack pushed me at the monster and ran out the door, but he didn't make it far. He caught up with him and bit off his head, blood trickling down his chin. Then the monster turned towards me and threw Jack through the window, loosing interest in the boy in a second. He walked towards my shaking body, leaning his 8 foot body down to mine. The smile that formed on his disgusting face made my stomach do a 360° flip. And the fire that was enveloping him was making my eyes burn. This story is about a kid who got kidnapped by someone, but you have to read to figure out who. As I'm walking down the street, I hear a noise to my left. I look to see a dark, dark alleyway. I start slowly walking into it... Looking around, wondering what caused that sound, I hear a noise coming from behind me. I turn to see a tall dark figure approaching me. I start to panic... I woke up sitting in a chair with my hands tied behind me and my head pounding, I couldn't see much of anything past myself under the lamp beating down on my head. I tried to look around it was no use the rest of the room was too dark, I could hear voices from outside the door but I couldn't make out what the two men were talking about, as I thought that the door opened a crack and I just could make out what was being discussed....

... "CLOSE THE DOOR!" "I-I- I can't!" I managed to whisper back, barely audible. I waited. I didn't hear anything. I dared to take my eyes off the thing, still keeping my light on it, and look up as far as I could without moving my head. I saw a tentacle, black and white striped, snaking out of the hole in the ceiling, and moving across towards the doors. A white face with black streaks like tears shone down on me, with black holes for eyes, with two little white lights like eyes in them, and a smiling mouth that had the sharpest teeth I'd ever seen. Suddenly, a pounding came from the doors and I flinched- the light fell from my hand and spilled flickering light on the doors. My heart was pounding and felt like it would explode out of my chest. I looked back at the ceiling, and two white eyes glittered at me in the dark.

I wake up in a hotel room somebodys arms wrapped around me. I hear the shower running and somebody talking. The person with their arms wrapped around me pulls me closer. I flip around to look at him and I can't believe who I am looking at.. It wasn't a dream.
