After Oliver's sacrifice to restart the universe god heard his loneliness in the cosmos which is why god stepped in and sent Oliver back to Earth the first thing he did was of course reunite with Felicity and because of that they had another child but right after the baby was born they were attack by Malcolm the dark archer he took the baby away and felicity and Oliver never got the chance to raise their baby. Now 19 years later Cisco Ramon reports to them that he found their son.
