Leehan doesn't believe in them.

He heard when you meet your soulmates you'd hear a bell ringing, you'd feel sparks when you make contact or scents that attracts each other. Leehan never experiences any of those, maybe he hasn't met his soulmates or those things are just pure nonsense.
