Some wonder if the balance of the realms became corrupted. Living with his aunt, Emberlyn Foster, until his gift day, he dreams of one day becoming a high-ranking general in The Force, to hopefully balance dynamics in Ironspire and Noxford. He doesn't know the world is a much bigger and scarier domain. The problems he thought were his main focus will disappear when faced with the possibility of Soulless returning and rumors of the Rebel Empire closing in on Duskspire.
